We want to inform you about an ongoing email fraud attempt as of 2024-12-04, where scammers impersonate our company to deceive our customers. These fraud attempts include false messages instructing you to stop payments to us and offering discounts for payments made to other accounts.

How to recognize fraudulent email:

  • The email claims we are changing our payment procedures and bank account details, instructing you to stop paying according to the previous instructions. You may be asked to provide a list of unpaid invoices.
  • They offer "extra discounts" for quickly transferring funds to a new account.
  • The message asks you to contact a fraudulent support address, invoicing@exportartpvt.com.
  • The sender impersonates Per Olof Ohlsson – Sales And Marketing Director, Sunfab Hydraulics AB Sverige.

What you should do:

  • Do not make any payments to new accounts if you receive such a message.
  • Contact us immediately through our official channels to verify payment details.
  • Verify that the sender’s email address matches our official addresses.

If you have made a payment based on the fraudulent instructions, contact your bank immediately to try to stop the transfer.

Report the incident to us and to the police/authority.
